All data is protected in transit with TLS and at rest with proven encryption methods. The use of customer data for training AI models is disabled by default and takes place exclusively with explicit consent. Our customers retain full control over their data at all times and can request its deletion at any time. By default, data is retained for a maximum of twelve months; the retention period can be set individually, down to immediate deletion. As a Swiss provider, we align our compliance framework with the Bundesgesetz über den Datenschutz (DSG) and meet the requirements of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We are working toward SOC 2 Type II compliance and ISO 27001 certification. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 service provider; we neither collect nor store payment information.
