Stance before the answer
A filter decides after the answer whether it was permitted. Cortex establishes, before the answer, the framework in which it is created, who is affected, what would be irreversible, what the company has set as right. This way the answer changes, not just its review.
Two levels, one framework
Personalization without a framework means loss of control, a framework without personalization means the same answer for everyone. Cortex personalizes platform-wide on two levels, the company sets values and stance that appear in every answer, no matter who asks, and the person uses role, area of responsibility and daily context to steer what the answer shows them. The same stance, a different answer per role.
In every module
A stance that only applies in the conversation does not apply. Cortex applies the same personalization to every answer, in the assistant’s conversation, in every application, in every workflow and in every alert to a role. No path to an answer bypasses it.
