Zebra Workcloud manages workforce deployment and store tasks in one system, originating from Reflexis. Cortex reads schedules and task status and thus sees which work is open, who can take it on and what is left undone. Ask about open tasks per store, the staffing in the current time slot or the completion rate over the week. Access is read-only by design.
